Research Connections

Child Care and Early Education Research Connections promotes high-quality research and its use in policymaking by providing online access to thousands of journal articles, research reviews, government reports, and policy briefs. Research Connections is the central access point for products developed by federally funded early care and education research workgroups.  The project regularly highlights current policy and research developments in the field through its bi-weekly e-newsletter and on researchconnections.orgResearch Connections also publishes bibliographies, research syntheses, and briefs on topics in the child care and early education field.  It supports new research by allowing public access to child care and early education data for download or online use free of charge and by conducting training on data analysis.

Child Care and Early Education Research Connections is funded through a cooperative agreement with the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation of the Administration for Children and Families in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It is operated in collaboration between NCCP and the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research at the University of Michigan.
