ECCS Annual Grantee Meeting and Partnership Meeting

The 2008 Early Childhood Systems Building Grantee Meeting brought together State ECCS grantees for a day and a half of presentations, working sessions, and small group work. This meeting was sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau.
The 2008 Early Childhood Systems Building Partnership Meeting brought together teams from each state and territory to support federal, state and local early childhood systems building collaborations among ACF, SAMHSA, and MCHB programs and other key stakeholders that foster the healthy physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children and their families.
This meeting was sponsored by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
