Ayana Douglas-Hall currently analyzes demographic data for NCCP reports and fact sheets. At NCCP she has also been field coordinator for the National Low-Income Child Care Study the Center conducted jointly with Abt Associates and contributed to projects strengthening infant and toddler care. As an analyst with the New York City Department of Health, Bureau of Policy and Planning, she monitored all health-related legislative items on the local and state level, with a special emphasis on state responses to the federal Child Health Insurance Program, and helped set the Department's regulatory agenda.
She is a graduate of Vassar College and received a Masters in Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University.
