Shannon Stagman

Research Analyst

Shannon Stagman is a Research Analyst for Project Thrive, a public policy analysis and education initiative to promote healthy child development and to provide policy support to the State Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) initiatives funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. She also provides research support for various other early childhood and mental health projects.

Prior to joining NCCP in June 2009, Shannon completed her Master’s degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
